The Night Of

This short series on HBO finished last night. I came to it late, and it was word of mouth from some friends that got me to watch.

John Turtorro - long a favorite actor of mine - is utterly fantastic. I hope he's recognized when it comes time for Emmy awards noms.

The other actors are good, although a bit flat at times. I sensed that it was at the urging of the directors for so many other characters to be wooden.

Still, it's a good story, and worth 8 hours of time to watch.
