Covenant pick up lines
Mhoram: "Want to feel the power of my Staff of Law?"
Linden: "Give me a wedding ring and I will do anything."
Kasreyn: "Here's looking at you, kid."
Bannor: "I don't need sleep. I have superhuman strenght and endurance. I haven't had a woman in 2000 years."
Foamfollower: "I'm a GIANT. Need I say more?"
Lena: "Rape me and I will love you forever."
Elena: "You're interested in forbidden love?"
A Raver: "Look, I can be any man you want."
Nom: "Just say my name, baby, and even the ocean won't keep me away from you."

Y'know, I've never thought about Giant endowment until now.

"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

I just realised ... the ranyhyn must have been the cutest sorts going around the Land. They got by far the most whistles.
Didn't the Haruchai always get a ranyhyn upon presentation? If my last 'exchange' was 2 millenia ago, I suppose I'd be whistling at horses, too.

Surely they snuck in a romp here and there.
How many times did {Bloodguard 1} & {Bloodguard 2) remain outside the cave/clearing/etc to keep watch?
Keep watch? Garbage! They were off having a quick naughty, out-of-sight from the crowd.
I now demand someone read the books again and take note of every time 1 or more of them were off out-of-sight, supposedly keeping guard!
