No, you don't understand. dAN is agreeing with Danlo, even though "in the past they've expressed different opinions in the past", which means that you don't realize the proper amount of "in the past" to be used in a given sentence.

I think he's taking advantage of the confusion that now exists as to whether it was dAN or Hier who posted. In other words, I think one of them wanted the other to get blamed for this topic (but I still don't know which is which).
