Shrek II

Post by dANdeLION »

What a great sequal! I have to go back just to catch all the movie references (Is that what it's called?) in it! Anyway, I saw references to:

Spiderman
Fellowship Of The King
Godzilla
Attack of the 50 ft. Woman
Mission: Impossible
Zorro
COPS (how could I have forgotten that one?!?)

...and more that I can't remember now.

I saw it last night, and I loved it. Just little things that they said that you could barely catch were hilarious. And now my boyfriend believes me that Puss in Boots is not something I just made up.

You mean the old nursery rhyme? Tell Romeo to look it up on the web, or click here: www.angelfire.com/realm/operaghost/puss.html

FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC. Great sequel. I appreciated the subtle improvements they've made in the animation. I can't wait to get this film on dvd so I can pour over every moment. Well done Dreamworks!

I almost pissed my pants when Puss n' Boots coughed up the Hairball! :haha:
War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.
