Windows XP Service Pack 2
Anybody else get this update? It took DAYS to download, and now I need to install it. But it says, just to be safe, I should backup my computer first. That doesn't sound particularly optimistic to me. Has anybody installed this?

By the way, when I went to download it there was an option to mail a CD. May be a better choice for dial-up!Fist and Faith wrote:Anybody else get this update? Anyway, thanks for the responses from you two. Someone told me it was causing lots of problems everywhere. Maybe I won't be so scared to try it now.
