Beat the old record?

Post by The Leper Fairy »

I think we should try to beat the old record of 13 servants of the land online at one time! The old one was 13, sometime in 2002. But we would have to set up a time and convert that time to everyone else... But we could do it! :D We could have people who are willing to get on at that time say so so we know about how many will be on, we should try for at least 20 because a few probably wont make it. What do you guys think?

"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Wouldn't a real, not planned, unexpected record be more enjoyable than a planned one?

Yeah, that would be more fun. It would give everyone a sense of accomplishment, wouldn't it?

Unplanned would be cool, but if it was planned that would show that we can work together to accomplish something. :? |G Ha... Whatever works...

You can edit your profile to show yourself as being online - or not (hidden)

I know I can see hidden members as if they weren't but I figure that's just an admin feature ;)

Thanks again Vain. Mine is cropped from a (painting? photograph? both??)
called "The Fool" by Dave Mckean. The kid(?) is actually standing atop a high peaked roof.

Well, if y'all are that interested you can see the uncropped version here:
www.dreamline.nu/theparticletarot/
I had to crop it really small for use as an avatar.
This is a great page dedicated to Dave Mckean. Some of his stuff is beautiful, some of it is really.... well... disturbing. (One of the other works on this page features a woman with about a dozen breasts 8O ) But, it's all very evocative in a way... :D
