I make a point of not watching award shows. Too much self congratulation going on.

There must have been quite a bit of that last night.

Who r these people? Never even heard of Nora or John what's his name. While the Foo Fighters r fairly cool I can think of tons, Tool 4 instance, of other bands that fit that (strange) category, Hard Rock, and deserve it more. I never pay attn. 2 the Grammys, besides First to Die was on opposite and it was a killer movie--lots of famous actors and based on the novel by a great writer, James Patterson, who has written Kiss the Girls, Along Came a Spider and, the beautiful, The Beach House...(Jars of Clay r one of the best gospel groups ever!)
fall far and well Pilots!

I learned today that Nora Jones is the daughter of Ravi Shankar! Go figure :)
I think her huge hit song is very nice. Not sure it is the extraordinary gift from God that 8 Grammy awards would have you believe, but I am happy whenever it comes on the radio.
All lies and jest
Still a man hears what he wants to hear
And disregards the rest
