I suppose my all-time favorite would be Diet Vanilla Coke. Drinking some now to clear a headache.

For some reason, I can't stand regular Coke.

I guess it's not a soft drink, but since it is in a can: I used to drink that Nestea stuff a lot. Very sugary tea with a lemon taste to it.

Not canned drinks at all, but sort of fits in this whole drink category: I love Sobe's "Grape Grog". Only tried it once (about two weeks ago), but it was very suitable to my palette. Also love Frappucinos, but now that's deviating into the realm of coffee! ;)

Favorite: root beer

though I've been really into lime diet coke lately

Least Favorite:
lemon coke/diet coke (gag)

the lime flavored coke/diet coke is good; the lemon pepsi/diet pepsi is good -- but the lemon coke/diet coke is wrong

Ha ha ha...
I used to drink that all the time as a kid.
I forgot all about it.
I should try it again.

I've been a Type 1 Diabetic since 16 so I have no memory of regular colas/sodas/tonics/pops (depending on where you're located)
It's been diet ever since then.

But there's 2 different sources of soft drinks and they are light years apart as far as taste goes.

There's bottled and fountain (like a 7-11 Big Gulp)

These have wildly different tastes in my opinion.
I hardly ever get Diet Coke in a bottle but will always get it via fountain.
Fountain soda kicks butt!!

I've only twice found anything other than Diet Coke in a fountain.
It was Diet Sprite and it was awesome!

That said my favorite soft drink is:
Diet Coke
then diet orange soda (any brand they all taste good)
Diet Rite

Worst is:
Dr Pepper
Mt Dew

Hey I like Fresca-I have to say my favorite is Mountain Dew out of a can,the bottled Dew tastes different to me.Least favorites are Ginger Ale and Dr. Pepper(just what is it supposed to taste like anyway?)yuck.

Now that I think of it I only drank Moxie when I vacationed in New Hampshire.
A relative had a cottage and I got to go quite a bit.

Irn Bru and Irn Bru.
The reality is in this head. Mine. I'm the projector at the planetarium, all the closed little universe visible in the circle of that stage is coming out of my mouth, eyes, and sometimes other orifices also.
