Petition for a Signed Feast for Crows

Post by Cail84 »

Hey everyone its been a rather long time since i have been to these parts. I have been extremely busy with my research and the writing of my masters to post much so i stick to a few boards i have belonged to for years on years. I am back now and will be posting on a semi regular basis.

The importance of this post is well to me very important.
I am helping the Webmaster of the Brooks, Keyes, Newcomb boards to bring George. R. R. Martin to the SignedPage. The webmaster over there has been in contact with Mr. Martin asking him if he would be willing to partake in an online signing for The Signed Page at www.signedpage.com. I have seen the email correspondence between the two and Mr. Martin seemed very interested but hesitant due to not knowning what his publicist is doing with his touring schedule. I have been asked and I have agreed to go out to the online community and ask for their support in getting Mr. Martin's A Feast For Crows to The Signed Page.

If we get enough support online, if enough fans show that they want a signing then Shawn and I believe we may have a better shot at getting the publicist to see that this will be a very good oppurtunity for them, Mr. Martin and of course for the fans.

So if you would like a signed copy of the most anticipated book in the last 4+ years then please post your support on this thread.

I will be the first to say that I want a signed copy for Feast and will be willing to wait just a little bit longer to get one if need be.

Post your support!!!
Thanks and Regards
Cail

P.S. Please take a look at the link to the signed page and see what others have alread committed themselves to this very neat idea. The process is easy and all is explained on the website however, if anyone has any questions i would love to answer them.
Lets see if we can get good old George to do a fan based signing!

To name a few.

I'd like one. I'll check the site.
War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.
