A poor imitation of Marmite, that's all.
If I had to choose from that list, I'd probably choose the same though, assuming I can't bash the jailers head in with a rock and roast bits of him over the flickering torches.

I'd have to go with vegemite on toast, because it seems the most filling. I'd be pretty hungry after a week.

i then bribe the guard for some some mustard for that moss for me and for the grubs for you. of course I use Tazzy as the bribe. and Tazzy has to go off with the nice jailer now.
