erm...make that 3 new features...

A chat thingy (Link is at bottom of main screen)

A Quick Reply thing

A Calendar (still need to fiddle with it a bit but you can add dates and stuff now though)

Vain and I chatted at 6:45am Thursday, east coast US time. Chat is working fine.

Hmmm. That calendar would be the perfect place for Birdandbear's birthday list!

I doubt I will see many people in the chatroom with the odd hours I work, but if/when I do see someone in there, I will try to pop in and say hello.

The difference is that you don't need to click the "Post Reply" button, then type reply, and then click the sumit button. It takes out one step.

The chat thingy is only able to be used by registered members....no guest chatting I fear.

And I've made a link and awful looking chat graphic icon button thing as well at the top of the page

I compiled a Birthday list for that very purpose, and then forgot to put them up!

I believe Hearthcoal is next on 05/08.

OK. I've modified things slightly. I've moved the long SF Crows nest thing to the bottom and have raised everything above it (if that makes sense)

And I've also added a "Who's been online in the past 48 hours" thing. I think it's pretty nifty
