Time differnece - Land to TC's world

Has anyone worked it out, or has SRD ever mentioned it? I've tried working it out, but I just can't get a very precise date.

Approximately a year to a day. Therefore ten 'real' years = 3652 Land years.

It is roughly one day in the "real world" to one year in the Land--give or take a little poetic license.
