Coffee and Cigarettes ( my wife and I loved the rappers constant use of Bill Murray's name)

i haven't seen any of the others but really want to. some are ordered from Blockbuster. Broken Flowers looks like a perfect film.

Dead Man was great. Danlo's also a fan (his man supplying the soundtrack).

I hated Coffee and Cigarettes.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

coffee and cigarettes. eh. *shrug* everybody makes crap sometimes, even jarmusch. there were some moments. that's all i can say. like mystery train and night on earth. there were moments that only jarmusch can construct. even ghostdog was only ok. broken flowers is good but not a perfect film.

i stick with my two favorites as the best examples of his work, and i'll add down by law.

i haven't seen Year of the Horse but i intend to.
