Anyone else trying to lose weight?

Well, it is about losing weight, not gaining.

But I acknowledge that needing to gain can be an issue, too.

I've lost 30 pounds last year (from 245 to 215); am trying to lose another 15 this year.

Congratulations! That's nearly 2 stone, which is what I lost initially. I'm steady at 9 stone 2lbs now (146 lbs I think).
