Sounds like quite an adventure.

My new passport has arrived. I realise there have been some changes since October fest was first announced. As I said in the fb conversation Catherine and I would like to see the grand canyon so will spend only part of the time in ABQ. Before we book flights we need to find a room or a floor somewhere. We will pay for our keep! Any offers? Otherwise suggestions for places like the Staybridge or the place where we stayed in Santa Fe will be most welcome. Most likely we will arrive on the 6th or 7th and stay about 5 days before going of to the Grand canyon but this is flexible and depends on what everyone else is doing. Perhaps someone could pm me with some info?
I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order!

My daughter. I didn't want to travel on my own again so I offered her a free holiday in America, which she accepted :-) She is 39, single, a trained first aider and very sensible so I shall feel safe with her.

I'm sad. I don't think I'm going to be able to make this one due to money concerns and a great lack of time off. Boo-urns. You never know, though.

So that means everybody I've been wanting to meet or want to hang with again be sure to be there so I can hate my life more.

Are the tests a Watch organised event or an even organised elsewhere that is particularly pertinent to Watchers and where they congregate?

I believe the official definition of a 'Fest is any gathering that contains 3 or more Watchers, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

That is correct...except in cases like my extended household or ali's, Furls' family (where are they? I wantz tot pictures!), or the accretion of Watchers in ABQ, where there are frequent-enough gatherings of three Watchers who know each other in Real Life as to make the gathering unremarkable from an Elohimfest perspective.

Speaking for my household, it is still otherwise remarkable that we gather together, but that's another topic.

Hi everyone, just checking in. I've been away awhile, details in another post. I will be there E'fest 2016. I am driving there from NYC. We will be staying at the Staybridge. Just wanted to let you know I have another reservation close by in case anyone is in need of a room for the fest. It is not a fancy place but I know the hotel/motel rentals are getting tight.

I miss you and am very excited to see you all.

Btw - I rented a house outside Taos for two weeks after the fest for anyone that wants to extend their vacation a few days. It's a large house in Arroyo Seco.

I'm officially out for this trip. My niece that lives in New Orleans is expecting a new baby on the 7th, and we've decided to go down as a family for the weekend of the 14-17th. I can't take time off for both weekends. Really sorry to miss this trip!
