Has anyone else been prompted for their authenticator every time they log in recently? (Started around patch or maybe the day after, this week is all running together.) I know I can hit the little 'don't ask for this again' box, but I'm hesitant to do that if there's a reason it's asking for the code.
I know I should check the forums (and I did the first time it happened and nothing was posted) - but it's still habit to post stuff here even if it's just me and the tumbleweeds and lurkers who don't play.

Nothing from Blizz in my email - I'm going to leave things as-is for now. My main concern is that the authenticator battery isn't going to last forever - I've probably had the same one for about ten years now.

Yeesh, that's a big patch. Here's an article on How Horses Got Their Hooves.
Which probably won't be seen by anyone who was involved in that argument in guild chat about whether or not cows have toes, but I never know who may be lurking.
You. I see you.

It's a real con with about 25,000 real people attending it. A virtual ticket lets you watch it live from your computer without having to deal with 25,000 real people. (Not that I'd stand much chance of obtaining a real ticket - they sell out almost instantly.) I'd actually like to go to the real event some year, but not this year.

Yup. And honestly, half the reason I broke down this year was for the in-game perks. They're better than usual. But it will be fun to watch some of it live, such as the costume contest - some of that is always amazing.

Happy Blizzcon weekend. This is one of the few times of the year when I almost wish I was on Facebook, because I do enjoy the pics and reactions from folks who are actually there.
(But not enough to reactivate my account.)

What does everyone think of the changes they're making to Ulduar? I have mixed feelings. I like the idea of Ulduar timewalking, because it was a fun raid in general. (Maybe not Mimiron.)
Curious about whether they have fixed the issues that came up during Black Temple timewalking - the flex system forced you to restart at the beginning if you didn't finish in one session, because there was no actual raid lockout. Ulduar was a long instance at level. Not easy to finish in one night.
