It would certainly shock them and would probably be cathartic at the time, but ultimately not worth it.
I hope you were able to get your weekend stuff settled with the minimum amount of stress.

Ah, you might be surprised...
Yeah well, weekend stuff done, but it just never ends does it. Trying to get my uncle's flat packed up and all that. Not much fun really. And not finished either.
Also had to visit the GF's grandmother, which is a long way to go for a short visit.
And now it's Monday. Work.
Meh.

I sometimes wish that life came with a fast-forward button, but it's probably a good thing that it doesn't.Avatar wrote:Oh, I know. It's just the interval between needing to get through it, and actually being through it that's the miserable part.

Is it Friday yet? This has been a looong week. Literally - lotsa overtime, which I shouldn't complain about, but I'm so tired.
And now I'm feeling guilty because I keep telling WoW folks that I'm going to bed early, but I'm really sneaking off to write before bed. Don't tell.

That's how I'm feeling. But noooo, I had to commit to exercise after work!LadyAndrea wrote:A little bit tired, need a nap.
Naps are more important than health, right?

Sleep is essential to health, therefore naps are healthful. Or it'd be easy enough to justify them as such.
I've never been good at napping. I live with multiple Nap Experts (aka cats), but apparently it isn't contagious.
