Wait, I thought the time for all our posts was showing GMT...

Is it showing GMT, or showing the time posted within ones own timezone for some? (the last seems implausible)
*does not feel like thinking or investigating*

Also, I disagree. That extra hour was WONDERFUL.
I needed it.
There should be one like that every week.

Wait, I was just praising DST. This ...seems not the right thread for that.

So, you decide how you want it to show. If you select a timezone in your profile, it will show posts as being posted at the commensurate time in the zone you have selected.

So, if you post, I see the time of your post as it would be at GMT. (14h40 in this instance.) If I set the time zone in my profile to my own time zone, (GMT+2), it would show 16h40 for me, but whatever time it was in your zone, if you had selected it.

Make sense?

Mine have their 'crunchies' available all the time, but they get canned food twice per day, and I'd better be punctual about it.

Yeah, make your own thread.

The extra hour is kinda nice on the first day. A week into it, when I'm waking up at 2:30 am on my day off - I usually wake up at 3:30 am for work, which is perfectly normal and civilized. 2:30, however, is still the middle of the freakin' night. But Kara knows it's really 3:30, therefore time for breakfast, so she's trying to dig me out of bed, using her pointy little face as a shovel. She'll eventually give up and flop back down (cat equivalent of a heavy sigh), but by that time I might as well just get up anyway.

Man, I thought I got up early for work. (05h00). There's nothing civilised about 03h30, and I know, because I'm frequently up then, locking the cat in much to his annoyance. (Which he does not hesitate to communicate by trying to dig me out of bed (with his claws) to open the door again.

Kara is the polite one when it comes to trying to get me out of bed. Phedre goes straight for claw-up-the-nose. It gets results, but often the result is her getting pushed off the bed.

Av, yes, that makes sense and is how I should have interpreted it in the first place... :)

yep, that's a wretched time.

Grumble.

It's technically past my bedtime, but it feels too early to sleep, but I have to get up an hour early for work.

Aww, thanks. It's just annoying. I do the responsible thing and go to bed early, then I end up stressing out because I can't sleep and usually end up losing more than an hour of sleep.
