Cold and foggy. As summer in SF should be.

Yeah, I had a friend from Adelaide who would laugh at the English idiosyncrasy of stripping to the waist at the first sign of high sunshine - then being burnt to a crisp, like a lobster. He would tell me that would be suicidal behaviour in Auz.
This sort of hot weather doesn't come around every year. Still, there's nothing quite like an English Summer. :)

Weird weather due to all the wildfires and such - not a lot of smoke in the air this time around, thankfully, but still close enough that the sky looks a bit post-apocalyptic.

Haha, well, 28 is warm anyway, but that's about as far as it goes. :D

Yeah, that used to amuse me when visiting the UK too. :D But the worst is Brits on holiday in Africa...I've seen people end up with blisters from the sun. Gotta respect it, stay out of the sun between 10h00 and 15h00.

Some cold fronts en route here...looking at max temps of 13/14C for the whole week, and mins of around 1. That's bloody cold. :D

Now we're having the standard overcast-due-to-smoke and it's snowing ash again. Never seen anything like yesterday though - the entire city was under a sepia filter.

Grass fires, mainly. Guess that's basically the same thing.
