Yeah, don't mess around with heatstroke. Experienced it once due to my own stubborn stupidity (with some help from my crazy ex-boss) - never again. (Not my current job.)

You know, I have never experienced actual heat stroke before .. I had been working outdoors, and it was terribly hot, after I came in I drank and drank .. water that is

I started feeling sick, shortly after brought up all that post exposure hydration, and after that felt I should put the dogs to bed and go to bed my self.

Hours later the dogs woke me and thats when I experienced the worst heat stroke had to offer lol

I was dizzy, passed out and must have thrashed about as I injured my right foot .. and god knows on what. And I have bruises all up that same leg .. so I clearly went to town on myself

Im still not 100 per operating on all cylinders but sooo much better than I was .. so yeah heat stroke, who knew?

Im feeling so much better than that now .. but not my energiser bunny self. Im not great at feeling weak and sick

Im at the docs getting checked out. Lol

I feel so weak, even walking is a tad tuff atm. But sooo much better than Saturday

Weather has been nice and rainy since Christmas. Mid - low 20's making a nice change from the earlier heat wave.

I picture the forecaster flipping a coin to determine predictions, but that may be unfair. They are highly trained individuals, after all. They might be rolling a d10, or even a d20.
