Good Omens
Been waiting 20 years or so for this, and have mixed feelings so far. Good cast and whatnot, but I wish they hadn't modernized it so much.
Oh, a change is coming, feel these doors now closing
Is there no world for tomorrow, if we wait for today?

Watched it over the weekend.
Enjoyed it mostly. Since Gaiman did the writing for it himself, I felt it stayed mostly true to the book. And in an interview he said he enjoyed being able to put in a few things that hadn't made it into the book as well.
Didn't feel the modernisation was too blatant, but was not a fan of Anathema being a) American, and b) rich.
Didn't think the Horsemen were done all that well though.

I watched the first episode recently, and dug it. I really liked the book when I read it, but kinda lost the thread of the story toward the end, which I tend to do with both Prachett and Gaiman books in general. So I'm looking forward to finally understanding how this sucker ends, because I now have no memory of it.

Time is a waste of life
So get wasted all of the time
And you'll have the time of your life

I absolutely loved it. I would agree with Av on the horsemen, they were one of my least fave parts of the series.
Spoiler
I thought the prediction about the apple you can't eat and reference to Steve Jobs was funny
Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....
