Worst migraine in years. Left work at lunchtime and slept.
Last night I had terrible insomnia. Is it the cause, or effect of the migraine? Idk.
Community action group meeting in our house this evening. Hoping it'll wear me out so I sleep tonight!

Oh poor Deer.
I have had chronic migraines for years ... but didnt get migraines at all till I suffered a head injury. I also suffer from insomnia too so it could be related but never before this did I ever think that.
I was on heaps of meds for that and other issues .. trigeminal neuralgia being one of them ... again head related.
I took myself off all that shit bar one ... which I use nightly as it helps me sleep and keeps the migraines mostly at bay.
In contrast to your pain and suffering... Im stoked today as I have new horse boots and I LOVE them. Cant wait till this afternoon when I will wear them.
I also got an excellent quality shell jacket and best ... so am sorted. Very happy human right here

The art teacher at our school passed away over the weekend, completely unexpected. She was in her 40s. Her son was one of my first Kindergarten students and this year is a senior and one of Stag of the dawn's students (and 2 daughters who are my Music students). The teachers are devastated, we just walked around this morning hugging each other. We had a chapel in her honor and then kids were dismissed. She was one of the most lovely people, always kind, incredibly intelligent and even-tempered.
So that's my Monday. Hope yours is better.

Have you looked into it? There's an occult supply store I walk by on my way home from work. Never been inside, but always been curious. Actually there are two, but I think the second one is strictly Santeria. This neighborhood is never boring.
Oh, a change is coming, feel these doors now closing
