Your Favourite Game During Quarantine

Post by SantaKlavis »

What are your favourite games on quarantine?

What are you playing at now? Now I have a lot of free time and its time to play! I bought Oculus Rift S and now playing an amazing Beat Saber or Half Life.. Who tried to play it? My sister wants to play Skying on VR and I have no idea which games meet her expectations. Will be appreciated for any advice))
Maybe you have online games or PlayStation? I already tired of playing MMA, Mortal Combat and other popular trend games, I want something like Racing.
Also, tried to install "LA Noir" for VR and it doesn't work properly, it's not 3D it looks just like the computer game screen in 2D on the screen in the VT interface. like in cinema (if you understood what I'm talking about). Who tried the official paid version?

I gave in and sprang for the DLC on Rimworld yesterday.

Ah, my little drug dealers, how I've missed you.

I have not yet started harvesting organs in my current colony, but... The Nobles from the DLC send around a "tax collector" twice a year, so I need to expand my prison to hold my "offerings."

Taking a bit of a break from Bannerlord, waiting for some more functionality to be patched in.

Instead, finally got into X4, which I bought more than a year ago, but was waiting for the Split expansion, which has now happened.

I started playing Just Cause 3 on Playstation 4 again.
I love it.
This time I'm trying to play with only making head shots.

I got Just Cause 4 but I didn't like it as much.

I've been playing Elite Dangerous lately, exploring the galaxy.

I used to play the original Elite back in the day. Was thrilled when the new one was announced, but then they made it multi-player only, and I don't do MP games. The X series is a good enough substitute for me.

Yeah, heard it wasn't that great. Even 3 was criticised in comparison to 2, which I enjoyed. (I have 3 too, it was ok.)

My son says 2 and 4 are similar. He likes them all though.

I think 3 would be an awesome Zombie Apocalypse game.
Need a head shot to kill and the need to constantly be aware of what's behind you.
Light them on fire, drive over them have a swarm develop while resting on a rooftop....it's endless.
You'd be able to see the island get taken over as you travel....
I'm dreaming because the game is so old.
I've never enjoyed any zombie game. And I've tried a bunch.
They put too much weird stuff in it like zombie dogs and super zombies. bleah.
The game play in 3 is perfect for it.

If you're looking for a good Zombie game, I've also been playing State of Decay 2 which I've quite enjoyed.

FFVII Remake which I'm enjoying on my own. With the family though, and not a videogame, is Cards Against Humanity Family Edition.
Good for the kids, but still a bit racy. Not the usual sexual things (although occasionally can turn out so), but all the poop, fart and pee pee humor expected of this game, and very hilarious. The kids love it too. They do recommend reading over the cards before playing with the kids and see if it is appropriate to your level of parenting.
It's also educational - we learned what your weenus is, and now all of us overuse the term to an embarrassing and inappropriate degree.
We printed out the black cards on construction paper, which is easy to manage, and the ton of white cards on regular paper, which is not. It really does suck up the ink, and cutting out all the cards was a pain, but for the enjoyment we've gotten out of it, it was all worth it. I'm sure we'll buy it when it comes out for real.
