He equates cancer to pirates? Then something about cancer being "wrong". The virus (Amnion) can have an antidote to get rid of it, but the cancer's treatment could attack you and do more damage...

Or something like that?

I think Vestabule wanted Nick to deliver Morn and Davies, and Nik threatened to tell the Bill that mutagen immunity pills existed.
