Well, can't you order from amazon uk or US? I routinely order stuff from amazon.uk and mdt.co.uk for books and music.

I have some advice to impart. While reading Runes, never speak to Darth. He's asked me a couple of times "have you got to the bit where this happens?" :x Fortunately, he hasn't revealed anything major so far, but I'm not reading any more of his text messages until I've finished.

I ordered mine online a few days ago thinking I was reserving a copy for Oct 14th.
