Hey, that's great news, dlb. Then you can add your voice to the Runes forum, or is it the Darth Revan forum?

No luck at the bookstores around here...but I did find cinnamon chip scones and raspberry/cream cheese filled croissants at the bakery next door to one of the bookstores, so I have no complaints. :)

What about Amazon-UK - anyone got a guess when they'll start shipping?

No, but one thing to note if you haven't already seen it: I ordered from them back in June/July when the price was £14. I looked at it today and it's down to £12.

I promptly canceled my order and reordered it at the lower price. They don't do that for you, nor do they let you know about it, I've noticed numerous times.

They estimate the dispatch date to be 20 Oct. But then amazon.com still has 21 Oct as the publication date, but they (and others) are already shipping, so who knows? Might be a whole different story with Gollancz, who might not ship until the 20th for real. :?
