Oh bugger! Baradakas, won't you split these couple of posts into a new thread? I didn't mean it to be negative, but as usual, I was replying to the last post without bearing in mind what the topic was. Sorry dude :)

Artists > Louis Armstrong > What A Wonderful World

I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And i think to myself:
"What a wonderful world!"

I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to my self:
"What a wonderful world!"

The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shaking hands saying "How do you do."
Thay really say: "I love you!"

I hear babies crying I watch them grow
They'll learn much more than I'll ever know
And I think to myself:
"What a wonderful world!"
Yes, I think to myself:
"What a wonderful world!"
Love as thou wilt.

Me too...

the line "I hear babies crying; I watch them grow" always makes me think of my little cousins...I have eight on my mom's side, and I've been very close to all of them as they've grown up...I love hearing their little voices calling me when I walk in the door at a family gathering, and seeing them all run up to me for hugs before I even get my shoes off.

Hear the version by Israel "IZ" Kamakawiwo'ole. Also another reason why the world is beautiful. Such great singers like him have graced us!

Lilacs. Both smell and color are excellent.

The world is a lovely place because I can play all the video games I want tomorrow; I have no classes on Thursdays!

Lord Foul, that brought a tear to my eye. I want you to know that over here, hundreds of miles away, I'll be joining you. Playing video games all day long.

Women who have the capacity to feel deeply for something are far better companions than the hordes of superficial chicks.
