Is it just me or do we have multiple gunslingers on the forum, hmm, lots of cowboys here. Cheers.

Come to think of it, I might have been sleep deprived when I saw that, sometimes I work double shifts when stupid workers don't show up and well posts such as these occur, sorry for the mistakes. Cheers.

There's also Roland of Gilead, I believe.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Hey, as long as we have this string open, any broad comparisons come to mind for Dark Tower and Covenant series? They are, by the way, my two favorite series of books in general, but especially to re-read.

A re-post in this thread made me realize how silly the last post I had in here was.... It was my 3rd post overall though, and this is my first message board I've ever been on, so I apologize for that silliness. I'd take it to the stephen king forum, but I am so allergic to spoilers and haven't read the last 2 dark towers... ugh.
