Heya everyone,

Long time fan, brand new forum member. I'm from New Orleans, 40, used to read a ton and stopped for a while. I'm finally starting to catch up on old series and stuff.

Thank you. :D

How active are the members here? Are there just a few hardcore members or are there a number of them that post on a regular basis.

I'd say a third are active on a regular basis, some more so than others of course. I'm busy here at the mo coz real life is quiet and dull, but things pick up in a few days, so I'll probably disappear. :D

Hi again, Crescent Hawk. I get down to New Orleans every 2-3 years or so, love that town (and the food too!) One of my best friends lives there also and we talk several times a week.

Excellent news. If you get the chance, August is usually the time for the Crescent City Con. A number of authors usually show up. It can be found in a Google search. Always a good time. :D

Hey there new person. Welcome to Da Watch.

I'd say we have a hundred or so active members. More or less. Heh. I never really counted. I'd say that the Watch was a "Hip and Happening Place". Or something like that. Heh.-jay

Hi Crescent Hawk - I'm an agitator..... :bounce03: :screwy:

Sigh......okay, so I'm not, really, but it sounds a lot more interesting than "memeber who usually only posts when she can think of something good to say....." :P
