In the name of their ancient pride and humiliation, they had made commitments with no possible outcome except bereavement.
He knew only that they had never striven to reject the boundaries of themselves.

Uh...Hi? =waves nervously=
I've read the Gap, TC's first and second chronicles, but I haven't read Mordant's need or Runes, and It's been ages since I've read anything by S.R.D...
In fact, the main reason I found (and joined) this forum is because my current writing project involves future and alien technology, and I wanted to find out more about the tech used in the gap series, namely the super-light proton cannon, so I searched for it on the net and came up with this site from a link about Stephen Donaldson and I figured I'd find knowledgable people or at least people who could help me guess (especially since I read the "how do singularity grenades work" thread, which was very interesting by itself) and then of course after reading some of the posts here all my nostalgia about S.R.D's works came back and I just had to browse through his books again and I figured "hey, this forum could be fun to be in so why not join?" and well.....now here I am. =takes a long gasp of breath=
My, wasn't that a long sentence full of needless exposition. What a way to introduce yourself, twit. ¬.¬ (talking to self here)
So, yeah, anyway.

Hi miru. Nice to meet you too.
Be welcome here at Kevins Watch. Welcome and true.
PS - You should read Mordant's Need, Daughter of Regals and Reave the Just. They are really great.

Hello, I m Manethrall, a devote SRD fan. I have been waiting frantically for Runes of the Earth, and now i am going insane waiting for the next. I was totally pumped when i heard that Revelstone Entertainment has contracts for the first and second chronicles. A movie is to be made!
Cheers.
Cheers.
How can you defend yourself from external harm if you are also delivering the blows?
