The game is basketball, and this person's no loser.
In fact, this person might be a Hoosier.
Well, the only Hoosier I can think of off the top of my head would be Dromond, but I don't see how the rest would fit in. :? :? :?

OK, sorry guys. I guess the riddle always seems easy to the riddler.
Is the consensus that I should give normal clues, and exlain the riddle?

1.This person lives in Indiana --might be a Hoosier
2. This person's username was first mentioned in TIW-- the non-reference reference to Hile Troy
3. This person is a pharmaceutical IT--providing a pill ;)
4. I spelled this person's name out in two particular sentences that just don't make sense. (second stanza after the only deliberately misspelled word in the riddle):
Just think of the army and maybe inlist. --think in list (word "enlist" misspelled)

5. If you add a day to this post precisely,
then go back a week this person shows nicely.
--post date 3/28=328 +1 a day = 329 - 7 (a week)= 322.
6. The first clue above needs this addition of sorts:
The person referred to could change with reports.

To arrive at the person, name is not the key,
To connect the joint add sixteen and three
-- 328 + 16(weeks)= 328+112+ 3(days) = 328+112+3=443

7.I won't be in your way the next time we meet.--location we originally saw one of these.

Yes, drew! It is Dukkha Waynhim.
And it is now your turn.

Once again, sorry for the riddle, I just couldn't resist.
And now that you solved it, I'll cease and desist. ;)

**Just to clarify, the "322" WAS the member number of Dukkha when viewing the memberlist sorted by name.
But since that would change if a new member whose user name started alphabetically earlier than Dukkha, I had to add the "443", which is Dukkha's member number when sorted by join date, which could not change. :D **

Ur-bane, I commend you on your riddlishness (riddlecule?). It took me a while to figure out you were talking about me.

No, no 'riddlecule' (LMAO!) at all.
I just figured I'd choose someone who posts in this Mallory forum that time.

Those riddles weren't too easy to make. I was trying to make almost every word a clue.
If drew comes up with a riddle, I want to give it a shot at figuring out, that's for sure.

Okay, okay.

This person in one-way-or-another hold the odd wards.

They have not been tanked in over 80 days

If this person gave me all their more than 60,000 WGD's
I'd have 7% more

Well, unless I completely misunderstand your 3rd clue, it would work like this:

(At the time I saw this post, you had 13388 WGD's)
So,

If after the addition of this person's white gold dollars to yours you would have 7% more (---unwritten "than that person"--)
we can say that:
13388+ X= 1.07X

which means that 13388/.07=X
Which means X=191257, and that you would have 191257+13388=204645 WGD's, or 7% more than the original 191257 WGD's of this person. But since he/she gave them all to you, they would now have Zero.
So there is more to it than I am seeing.

taraswizard

Here's why.
in one-way-or-another

Well, one way is to add up the odd wards. 1+3+5+7 (since we know there were 7 Wards) That = 16.

Although I can't figure out your math for clue number 3, the mention of WGD's made me sort out the memberlist by descending WGD amounts.
The 16th person on that list, who also happens to have been absent from Hile Troy's Thinktank (not been tanked )
;) for over 56 days, or over 4 fortnights is taraswizard. :D

You're thinking too hard, or not hard enough.
Yes the odd wards are 1..3..5..7-More on that I will not say.

You're on the right track with the 'Tanked' part, but isn't a fortnight 20 days?

The WGD thing, I don't mean I'll have 7% more than I hve now..I mena I'll have 7% more than this person will give me (Pretend I don't have any WGD's)

No, a fortnight is 2 weeks... 14 days.

Hmmm.....this person would not happen to be banned, would they?

It wouldn't by chance be ZefaLefaLaH, would it?

in one way or another
Joined 01 June 2004
Has 357 posts (There's the odd wards----the join day, and number of posts.)
They had over 60,000 WGD (92,000 or so)

They have not posted in the Think-Tank since December (over 80 days).
Therefore, ZefaLefaLaH. :?:

Okay, I'll give you a hint to one of my clues..it may have been misleading anyways.

Where do I live?
Where does this person live?
Why would this person's WGD's be 7% higher then mine?

I was thinking currency exchange rates earlier, but no one with over 60,000 WGD's is in an area where you would come out on top.

The only person who comes close is Skyweir, from Australia, but you would lose about 7%

I'm not giving up yet!

It has to be Skyweir.....he has the 1st 3rd and 5th Wards in his inventory, too!

And, he has 6148 posts. So, the 1st ward is written there.
Now, the 4-1=3 (one way), the 6-1(another way) =5 and the 8-1 (still another way) = 7.
TADA!

wow-
What I meant was if you look in skyweirs itmes
there is the 1st ward, the 3rd ward and the 5th ward. And In the books the 7th ward was inside Melkurion Skyweir.

-you are incredible

although it might have ben easier If I gave corrects clues, huh?

-I guess it's your turn, and I'm guessing that you've been working on it for a few days now!!

Ha! You are so not right that much but maybe, then again....

Anyway, Here are the clues. No riddles this time.

1.) This man has just about 1500 posts.
2.) This man may walk on curbs
3.) This man may favor a proxy.
4.) This quip has all but him in it.
