OK, sorry guys. I guess the riddle always seems easy to the riddler. 
Is the consensus that I should give normal clues, and exlain the riddle?
1.This person lives in Indiana --might be a Hoosier
2. This person's username was first mentioned in TIW-- the non-reference reference to Hile Troy
3. This person is a pharmaceutical IT--providing a pill
4. I spelled this person's name out in two particular sentences that just don't make sense. (second stanza after the only deliberately misspelled word in the riddle):
Just think of the army and maybe inlist. --think in list (word "enlist" misspelled)
5. If you add a day to this post precisely,
then go back a week this person shows nicely. --post date 3/28=328 +1 a day = 329 - 7 (a week)= 322.
6. The first clue above needs this addition of sorts:

The only person who comes close is Skyweir, from Australia, but you would lose about 7%
