Which Was Best First or Second Chrons?
On the whole I thought that the first chrons were more moving but the second chrons contained some of the best fantasy ideas and THE most moving chapter of all where T C meets all of his old muckers in Andelain.

We have of course posted on this subject before - I can't remember a poll though. I couldn't vote so I guess the poll is closed. Anyway I would have voted for the 2nd Chronicles. I love the whole idea of 'giving them back something broken' and the Giants, those magnificent Giants. I love Foamy but in the 2nd chrons you get a whole boat full of them.
There is also Love in the World.

I just have to say that both have their strong points. I can never choose favorites when it comes to something good like the Chrons. I mean, the First Chronicles.. well, it's the beginning and I personally always feel a nostalgic attatchment to the beginning of anything (particularly books). And the Second Chronicles is when we witness just how bad things can get and.. (woo, I'm getting excited) ..it's just..
ah, it's hard to explain, I just love them both so much
. If anyone understands what I'm trying to say, please let me know. Well, see everyone later, and cheers!

They are pieces which fit together to make a whole. If any part were missing it would be incomplete. I always like the middle books because the reader knows there is more to come.
