Ahem. (Thanks to Nathan for the heads up ;).)

What is Geraden's "favorite food in the whole world?"

Spiced lamb on a stick.

It's called "Taste of the Domne" or something...

you're both right--Nathan named the meat correctly, Rincewind got "treasure." Now you can fight over who gets to ask the next question. :D

Rincewind can have a go, I've already had several, and I find it difficult to think of questions.

Terisa didn't do it - Gereden did, and he used one of the battle mirrors (Barsonage's half of the earth crack, I think). His shift was one that didn't change the displayed image, so they didn't realize where they were going to end up. I don't remember for sure which mirror he shifted to let Havelock translate them back into Mordant.

It was from the battlefield, which was at Esmerel. Terisa tele-shifted a mirror when she tied to the bed in the lair (which wasn't actually in Esmerel, as everyone had assumed..)

Now for my question...

What mirror did Gereden use to defend himself against the black munchies Gilbur translated aganst him in the Cabal's hall of mirrors?

The whole point is to have to stretch yourself to ask a question! C'mon, Rincey! You can do it! Don't let this crappy Boston weather get you down! :D

I'm going to have to look it up, too. Great question!!

Here's a stab at it, though--oily? burning rubber? I remember it seemed to cling to her clothes and burn the back of her throat....

I burnt a couple of my own hairs once, the smell was not pleasant. I was amazed at how fast it went!

I have no idea as to the answer to this question so I can't make a guess, just wanted to make my presence felt with a bit of inane chatter.
