Another noobie

Post by Rane Ja Burn »

Hello to all TC readers and followers. I just felt obligated to give this post, since this is supposed to be the part of the forum for new posters.
I am an old fan of the series, in which I read the first chronicles way back when I was a junior in high school. (umm, way back in 84').
I just happened to find this website, and the forums only just yesterday, and I must say, I am totally stoked to have found it! I have yet to read the newest book yet, and so look forward to it.
It's nice to know that there are so many of you that post here, and look forward to being a part of it.
A small bit of info about myself. First I am 37yrs. old. I am from the state of Michigan, married with children, from ages 16 to 2! Yes, I have my hands full!!!
Oh well enough for now, time to read all the older and newer posts from you all. It will be great to read others perspectives and thoughts about these great books.

Welcome!
But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

Hail Rane Ja Burn, welcome to the Watch.
You do not hear, and so you cannot be redeemed.

In the name of their ancient pride and humiliation, they had made commitments with no possible outcome except bereavement.

He knew only that they had never striven to reject the boundaries of themselves.

Hail Rane! Be welcome on the Watch, welcome and true! :welcome:

How many children do you have? My husband and I have 12 (one passed on last year) ranging in age from 14 (15 next month) to 13 months. :D And no, I did not carry all of them, 6 are biological and 6 are adopted. :)
And I believe in you
altho you never asked me too
I will remember you
and what life put you thru.

~fly fly little wing, fly where only angels sing~

~this world was never meant for one as beautiful as you~

...for then I could fly away and be at rest. Sweet rest, Mom. We all love and miss you.
