I seem to talk to Fist about once a week on our cell phones.

He's been very, very busy lately, but sounds well.

He must be very busy, actually, because he hasn't even said anything about the dirty joke (complete with a nekkid person picture) I sent him in am email.

Now, now. One of my friends told me that could have been a picture of his father.

And his parents have a great love story.

His father was middle aged when he met my friend's mother. He had given up hope of ever finding a woman who could love him, as most found him unattractive (seeing that picture, you might guess why

). But my friend's mother thought he was absolutely gorgeous -- like a great big sexy bear.

They only had about ten years (and eight kids) together before the dad passed, but he was the love of the mom's life, and she never even dated again, even though she had plenty of offers.

My friend always says that his mom was the sweetest person you could ever imagine, and she never lacked interested men, even as a impoverished widow with all of those kids!
