SFBC edition?

The Science Fiction Book Club did offer the first 3 books in one volume. Now that I am finally reading the series I decided to buy it (all I have is a beat-up paperback copy) and of course its sold out, apparently never to return.

I much prefer hardcover for my fiction. Does anyone have an extra copy of the SFBC First Chronicles omnibus they'd like to sell me?

I hope this sort of request isn't verboten on this board. If so, please delete the thread.

Was there ever a trade paperback edition of the series?

You may want to check out ebay. So the SFBC omnibus edition of 1st Chronicles is sold out, eh? Surprising.

I did. Nothing but boxed sets of the paperback editions I believe at the moment. I'll keep checking.

Check Amazon periodically as well. They often have used books which show only gentle use at reasonable prices. 8)

I'm set. I found the SFBC edition on eBay's BuyItNow for the club's original sale price. Seller has a stellar rating and described it as excellent condition. Thanks for your help.
