Sore.
I had a pressure washer spray across the top of my foot, peeling the skin off.
The other day at work, I pounded my elbow against a wall (tool I was using slipped) and it's still black and blue with a knot on it. My wife thinks that I may had fractured it.
Been working long hours on not a lot of sleep.
Other than that, just peachy!

Have you hugged your arghule today?

Wondering what I've gotten myself into. Getting a second part-time job (I hope) so I can be around horses more and have some gas money. But between classes, homework and my office job... when am I gonna sleep?

Frantically busy these days!
But at least being busy is keeping me from being broody and unhappy.
My friend's father was diagnosed with terminal cancer earlier this month, and he's down to a couple of weeks.
Besides being worried for my friend, its bringing back all sorts of bad memories and feelings from when my father passed away.
But keeping busy is helping. Today I planted a couple of hundred spring flowering bulbs, as well as running errands and doing housework. And I've been watching the tv series Highlander on dvd, and the sight of Adrian Paul is enough to make most straight women (or at least this woman) temporarily forget their troubles.

Calming down from a fit of silent anger that actually had me shaking at one point. Reason: www.paws.org/outreach/campaigns/omak.php
I don't think I have the words for it right now.

Yeah, that's not cool.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”
