What are they going to be doing to you? A few years? Obviously not urgent... ;)

Thanks everyone. I met the surgeon today, I will be having my knee replaced either in the latter part of December or the first part of January. Knowing how slow the VA is, it will proabably be Jan. It is a relief to know it is finally going to happen, but it is scary for me as well. Will keep everyone posted.

You'll be so glad you did it, SJ. Once I had my hip replacement, I wished had had it done years before. It's a wonderful change.

Congrats, Ducky!

I feel moderately accomplished. I got my mom an awesome present for her birthday in January (but I won't tell, in case she shows up here and reads this like she sometimes does). Heheeheeheehee, I'm excited! Will tell what it is when her birthday's come and gone.

We're having a Thanksgiving Eve white-out tonight. 8O Parts of the state are having a blizzard, in fact, though we're only getting a few inches of snow down here. :)

And a happy snowy Thanksgiving to all!

I get to work Thanksgiving again this year, but it'll still be a good one. :)

I have many wonderful things and people that I am very, very thankful for -- including many good friends right here at the Watch! :hearts:
