I'm ready to make things interesting. :)
Callin' you out, Danlo! Right now I'm looking at a some comics here...
Captain Marvel #1 from 1967
or
Tales of Suspense #80 featuring Iron Man and Captain America from 1966. A great story where the Red Skull acquires the Cosmic Cube.

What do you say? Don't back down now :D
I'll take Philly of course. I guess its too close to spot you points...

I've only got about a 1000 wgds. I joined right after the bank changed from 2% to .02%
Have to go some other route.

Now there's some serious wagering going on here!
War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself. Holy smokes! Kin, a gift from me... though now that I look, it appears someone else is backing you, too.

Seriously, it hurts me to see you guys wagering such precious commodities.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. Well, It appears some generous patrons have bestowed some hard currency upon me. Perhaps we shall have to reconsider...
Although a signed Bradbury is interesting...
Don't worry about me. I'm sitting on about 10 or 15k of comics. :)

Alright, that's enough! I'm going to have to challenge you too. Bring some of your dainty "footy" players over and we'll play both real football and that stuff you call football.
Or maybe we can just box it out? Just man to you :)
