If you talking military well then we're also talking home field advantage though the Navy sports a mobile air force that rivals the USAF. If the battle was held in the middle of a nearly unreachable desert then I give the nod to the Army however if said battle took place on the coast somewhere then I believe the Navy has the upper hand due to its superior air power. Of course is the battle was staged at sea well then.....
