I get it! God of Time - See you later.
duchess, are those good books?
I enjoyed them (the Kushiel books), but they are not to everyone's tastes (there is a lot of kinky sex in them, though the sex scenes are integral to the plot rather than being gratuitous). I found some of the S&M scenes a bit stomach turning.
I really enjoyed the duology Murrin mentioned, which is sort of a twisted version of the Silmarillion, which keeps you constantly questioning which side is the good side and which side is the bad side... No kinky sex in them.

You have time yet But until you decide a name and dogma, how can you introduce yourself to your faithful, and how can the faithful know how to worship you?
Edit: once everyone is ready, we'll start a new thread in which I will make sure that the first post presents all the deities, the general rules, and the situation.
Very well my friends, here is my Dogma. Read it careful, it could be dangerous for the weaker minds!

Time is a friend for us all, instead for those who are still alive, and it allows true infinite knowledge.
Time is only comprehension, only experience, but not pain."

Pain and healing. Loss and restoration. Maeror, Lord of Tears, offers succour to all those who suffer. The Lord of Tragedy weeps for our pain, and his tears heal all wounds. After injury comes healing, and after great loss we learn to live again. Through suffering comes growth, and from growth, fulfillment. We must embrace grief while it lasts, knowing that it will come to an end. Those who can feel no pain find no contentment.
I hope the absence of pain that i give to my followers will not be a problem for our relationship...

When I was Odin, I had many methods of acquiring knowledge. Some more painful than others, but I was rather driven in those days.
Here in the Earth of the Land, some of those methods do not work. I am now learning this plane's methods of learning.

Dogma: The followers live in a state of disorder, rage and pain. The followers spread malice throughout the lands, bringing chaos to any city or village they invade.
Thank you, Fist and Faith. You were ever among my greatest followers.

Find your own paths and govern your lives by your own rules. Equality is a fallacy and should be dismissed. Justice is there for all to take for themselves.
It'd take you a long time to blow up or shoot all the sheep in this country, but one diseased banana...could kill 'em all.
Tazz, you are aware of course that the name of your god means "Natural Order" in Italian, and that there are at least two Italians playing who know that?

That is the natural order. Or at least as valid a view as any other.

well, at the very least it will be interesting combining elements of natural and devine law. maybe i'll follow some sort of quasi-Marxist structure with Devine order leading to a more Natural order over time.
like i said, it will be interesting.
