Well my real name is Jason Borza. I am 29 and married with 2 beautiful daughters. I live in Wadsworth, OH which is just South of Cleveland. I am a quality associate for 3M. I had always thought that living the corporate life was what I needed to do to provide for myself and my family. However, as I get older and more in tune with myself as a spiritual human being, I am now seeing the error in my initial thought. I now pretty much despise corporate anything as I see it as fake and back stabbing. I think it's time for a change.
I am a deeply spiritual person, but I am not religious. I was raised Catholic but my father allowed me to see a lot of the faults with organized religion. I tend to follow my heart more so than my head, which has gotten me into a fair amount of trouble over the years. But I can't see ever changing that part of me. I literally grew up in the woods as my best friend of 21 years and I were out in them from sun up to sun down when we had the chance. I'm an old pen and paper D&D veteran and still enjoy the opportunity to release my imagination when I can. Which is pretty much every day when you have a 3 year old and a 5 year old. Just still adjusting from D&D imagination to Barbies. That one will take a while I'm afraid.
But I am very glad to have found this place and the people in it. See ya' around.

Welcome Rogical21!
Too bad about your work.
Ever see the movie "Office Space"?
Sounds like you'd LOVE it if you haven't.
And don't forget that a lot of Barbie stories and toys deal with dragons and unicorns and princes and stuff.
Throw in a few of those Barbie sized GI Joes and you'll keep yourself from going insane while playing with your girls.
Of course my daughter just wants everyone to get married.
It makes no difference if the guy is holding a M16.
LOL!

I grew up in a log cabin that my family built ourselves. We had to cut down the trees just to make room for the thing. I spent my youth hiking without trails. The woods were my home. We had an outhouse and carried our drinking water in buckets up a long, steep hill from a spring. For many years, we had no electricity or running water. I lived an 18th century life in the 20th century.I literally grew up in the woods
I hated and loved it at the same time. I think that's why I started reading fantasy . . . both as an escape and as a way to appreciate what I had.
You all would be amazed how many people in America still live primitive lives.

Welcome, Drundaar.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.
Full of the heavens and time.

Well, I for one was shocked. Shocked, I tell you! Still, I could think of several better names; Sgt. Bilko, Sgt. Rock, Major Disaster, Private Parts, major Catastrophe, Sgt. Pepper......danlo wrote:...tell us something we don't know...stgkafka wrote:i am sgtnull
