A friend of mine has a glowing icon keyboard. I'd hate that personally, and playing games I just make my touch lamp 'victorian' by having it very low.

That's pretty good.

To be honest, I'm planning on getting an adaptor for an xbox controller to use for the pc, and an xbox controller.

I've got one of those for my PS2 pads, bit pointless really as the analog sticks are horrible on them anyway. I'd be interested in one for the Xbox though.

I've been salivating over this keyboard for a couple of years now, there's been some doubt as to whether they would ever make it but things look promising now there's a tentative release date. All that remains now is the small matter of the price. If it was made in America or Japan I'd expect it to be prodigiously expensive, but as it's the cost-effective Russians we're dealing with it might be something approaching affordable.

I'd also be interested to see how it would cope with games like WoW, where the user interface is infinitely changable.

I only use my keyboard for here, sometimes I use the speedpad here, I have a profile for posting, heh. I couldn't play most of the games I do without it. definitely made Deus Ex a breeze!

I generally remap my keyboard to a config I came up with over the years and use for most every game Quake/Unreal Tournament/Halflife etc. After all this time there is no need for game controllers or identification stickers on my keyboard. But thats me. :-)

Looks cool alright, I don't game enough to need one really. Need a new PC first. :D

As for the keyboard Nav, it wouldn't matter how configurable the game is...the relevant key would simply display whatever you configured it to do I'd think.
