Ah, I think I know how you feel Infelice... We are redoing our kitchen... Tore it all up down to the rafters, but new windows in and such... besides the fact that it's onl half insulated at the moment and it looks very very very bad is nothing compared to the fact that WE WON'T HAVE AN OVEN UNTIL IT'S DONE!!! I love cooking cakeds and muffins and all that... but no oven! What am I to do?!?! Thank God for the microwave. The stove works... but you have to climb on top of the counters and sit there to get to it.

I have no oven either Leper Fairy after ripping the oven door off its hinges while slipping on the tiles in the kitchen. (its a long and drawn-out story and very painful as well)

A replacement has been purchased but cant be installed until cabinet-makers can come and alter the recess where the old oven is/was.....unfortunately SE QLD is experiancing the mother-of-all real estate and housing booms and trades people are extremely busy. It will take two weeks for a carpenter to come and make the adjustments!!!!!!! We'll have the new oven and cooktop installed just in time to sell our house. :(:(:(

Oh but there is... Today is a terrible terrible day!

They are tiling the floor around the fridge!

THE FRIDGE!!! Oh the humanity!

It may be another day before I can get to it... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

I know what you mean...more or less. In the sense that our fridge is always devoid of food, so it might as well not exist. All it ever contains is the dregs of a bottle of milk, half a tub of butter and some old cheese

Well, at least the stuff in your fridges doesn't move around at night. Really, the onions have taken over. :D

Clearfrontier I love your avatar! For some reason it makes me think of a book called Cryptonomicon....I can't figure out why. But everything seems to remind me of a book. Go figure.

Thanks very much Bird. That is actually a crop of a self-portrait I drew for an album cover. I must confess I’m not familiar with Cryptonomicon though that is an intriguing title.

Straps on bags that have just one half twist in them when they could make them flat.

Television advertisements.

Real Estate Agency fliers.

Water pressure that reduces over a period of 30 seconds after its originally turned on.

Ants. Flies.

Fame-driven eyebrow hairs.
Do you think I like being this dangerous?
