it's an incredibly well done, and thouroughly documented, wonderful presentation of some conspiracy out there.....so well done it makes it implausable to me, heh.

It was a "social experiment" to see how the Internet community would react to a website that was so mysterious and lacked information. They were astounded that many conspiracy theorists linked the site to terrorism. (btw, they shared the same IP address as an Islamic terrorism website and several real cyber terrorism plots.)
