Thanks for your concern Jay, but as danlo suggests, they took care of me just great, rescuing me before I actually got bored enough to work.
The Hangar is always my first stop when the Watch is down. Not only will you find quite a few of the Members here there, but you can get news about the state of the Watch.
Anybody who's not a Member, I really suggest that you bookmark it and become one. If we can't be here, you'll find us there.
And it's just as diverse in terms of topics.
So join up.
(Just by the way, this is the first time I've been able to get into the Watch this week, except for Tuesday.)

I've tried a few times over the last couple of days. THis is the only time it's worked. The problem is obviously with he database.... and if it sometimes works and sometimes does not, I would guess the problem is that the server with the database on it keeps going offline (it is not necessarily on the same server as the phpbb files, which would explain why the site does not go down entirely).
