I Ain't Missing You At All for one of the flashbacks, too.

And when the flashbacks are over (Take These) Broken Wings by Mr Mr. Or maybe that would be better used for Linden at the end of the 2nd Chronicles.

Every time Arya has a dream about her direwolf, Nymeria, they play the theme to "Born Free." Oh, wait, wrong movie.
Roach trotted over to sniff at the gleaming phlegm, then licked it up.

Speaking of which (and this must have been mentioned already), how awesome would it be if Findail spent the entire movie crooning "You're so vain" to Vain?

They should play that Johnny Cougar song from the Chevrolet commercials ("this is our country") during the whole movie. I'm pretty sure that would induce mass suicides at the theaters. I want to jump off a bridge just thinking about it.

Ebony & Ivory when Vain and Findail become the Staff.

Whenever the Bloodguard go into battle, they're dressed like '50s gang members and dance like in West Side Story.

Whenever Lord Trevor does something right he says, "Excellent!" and plays air guitar.
