Ah, yes, the Fuji S5000 has a 10x optical zoom lens, I believe. That's the power of MEGAZOOM right there. Fabulous shots of a fabulous bird! My compliments to Reclucemage. :D

This one was taken at my mothers house using incandescent bulb light,along with flash.I call it 'A Little Blond Harry Potter Crouching on 30 Year Old Linolium With a Mouth Full of Candy at Halloween',the subject is my youngest son Steven. :lol:

HA!I am always looking for an excuse to post pics of the kids.I actually have some B&W pics I made of stuff and people that I am planning to post.Most of them are of elderly people I know doing yardwork,gardening,canning,quilting,looking off in the distance etc...along with some of overgrown old barns,rusted old vehicles and tractors etc...I seem to have a fascination with relics,both animate and inanimate.
