Finally saw The Departed.
My favorite movie of the year, bar none. Maybe my favorite movie of this century, but it is an early century. Kudos, Scorsese!

I've only seen a couple of episodes myself. I can see TPB is a funny show, but for whatever reason I just never got into it.

At least they are getting back to the roots of Bond - less about silly gadgets and more about spying. Upon reflection, I do hope he's more like Dalton. The Living Daylights was a great film, and a welcome departure from the campy Moore films.

I'm pleased to know that The Departed is good - I plan on watching that. Am going to see Borat over the weekend. Saw The Devil Wears Prada - was enjoyable.
Let's see - saw Cars and Barnyard as well....whatever !!
Also saw: "Into the blue"...a New Zealand topical movie. Was OK'ish. Hasn't been a good movie year. Superman was rubbish.
